Q. What are your responsibilities at UCSB? How do your administrative responsibilities affect undergraduates at UCSB?

A. I am a senior lecturer in the Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, and I have been an assistant dean of undergraduate studies for the past year and a half.

Teen Court

Make a difference in a teen’s life. Become an intern with the Teen Court Program at the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse in downtown Santa Barbara.

The Teen Court Program is an  innovative approach to juvenile justice.

Crowd Spells 'Cure'

UCSB can be a confusing place, especially for someone who just graduated from high school.  Suddenly, there are residence halls, new academic requirements, and lecture halls.  Fortunately, students who feel overwhelmed by the idea of all of these new experiences have a friendly and outgoing person to turn to: their mentor.

The UCSB Emeriti Association announces an annual competition to recognize outstanding scholarship by undergraduate students. Undergraduates at the junior or senior level are invited to submit a recent scholarly project

Faculty Women's Club Scholarships (four at $1000 each and one at $1500) are available to full-time sophomores and juniors now enrolled at UCSB.
